Dime Stories was started in South Park sometime in the 21st Century, by local San Diego author Amy Wallen, who I have known since we took a writing workshop together in the old Writing Center on Island Avenue in Downtown San Diego. Now managed by my community college days Spanish tutor, former business partner, and dear friend, Jennifer Simpson, Dime Stories take place in multiple cities around the USA.
On Friday, May 10, I will be reading from my forthcoming novel, Falling From The Moon, at Dime Stories in San Diego, which takes place at The Ink Spot in Liberty Station.
Dime Stories are three-minute stories read by the author at live open mics, showcase events, online, and on the radio.
