I'm one of the crew working to save Rose Creek, an urban creek in San Diego. I was interviewed by the incredible and heroic Debby Knight who has taken on the City of San Diego in the fight to save a canyon near her home and through which the upper portion of Rose Creek runs.

On Caregiving and Personal Struggles
Since 1999, I've been the primary care giver for my mother who had a massive stroke following hip replacement surgery (doctor's suck). She needs 24-hour care, which means assistance for everything she does except eating and using the remote control on the TV. I frequently blog on this and related topics on Ramblings.

On Writing and Literature
My novel, Falling From The Moon. is the story about a young artist's struggle to find her absent father at an anarchist retreat in the High Sierras where she learns that everything she needed from her father, she already possesses and the community she is seeking is all around her.
In the year two thousand, I did an honors thesis on Literary Theory, Crash Workship, Network Theory and Hypertext by analyzing how the World Wide Web actualizes theoritical literary structures. The web site and analysis is available on-line Undergraduate Honors Thesis
